Simulated dataset updates

Adds new simulated datasets for ICES WGSAM skill assessment, including:

• Subannual timestep datasets for catchIndex, fishery age, length, and weight at age
• Diet composition at length for 11 focal species
• Survey info dataset identifying when surveys are conducted
• Conversion of agecl to true age for each species
• Maturity ogive and gape widths added to simBiolPar
• Full food web survey, catch, and diet datasets to complement existing ms datasets

@sgaichas Tried to build pkgdown site locally and the SimData.Rmd wont build. Looks like line 196 is looking for a folder that is probably local to your machne

@andybeet Thanks for catching that! I added the NOBA groups file to data-raw/data and changed the reference so I hope it works now
