Update bathymetry data #3

It was recommended by Dave Richardson that we update the bathymetry data for the analysis.

What do others use for bathymetry. I've always used the SRTM data from Scripps. The current version I have is SRTM30 Plus from 2016 so mine dataset is probably due for an update.
