Folks at GMRI were able to pick up on a bum calibration factor. Somehow I copied over the haddock, windowpane, and butterfish SE instead of the coefficient for the fall abundance calibration factor. I double checked all the rest and they are right. Another reason to try and avoid hard coding things like this!
