R-CMD checks failing #45

Should we address these? Easy to do but tedious.

I think we should, and i don't mind having a crack at it. It would also address this issue

Action no longer throws error messages on warnings. However check is failing on mac due to sf package. I think binaries of gdal and proj may need to be installed. Unsure of how to do this
