update forage index chapter and add bib #83

Updates:

  1. Text and links for forage fish index chapter
  2. New bib file for forage fish index chapter

I am unsure if there are duplicate bib entries in this file; I used the existing Reynolds2007 referenced by the seasonal sst anomaly chapter, and I think there are not already references for VAST modeling and the other stuff in here, but I have not checked. I hope duplicates don't mess this up.

Updates:

  1. add new heatwave methods text to heatwaves chapter
  2. add new heatwave methods references to heatwaves bib file The heatwaves chapter still needs updating with data sources and analytical methods for both surface and bottom heatwaves, the added text is in the methods overview
