Description of changes

Allows tiled history files to be on a single tile. Removes unnecessary trim statements. Gives an explicit to variables in the ufs/glc_elevclass_mod.F90

fixes #111
resolves UWM Issue https://github.com/ufs-community/ufs-weather-model/issues/1984 for the CMEPS component

Closing. Will address issue using cpl_scalars enabled in FV3.
