Allow MPMD jobs to run in global workflow on all machines #10

An old switch was put in to turn off the running of MPMD METplus jobs on all machines in run_verif_global_in_global_workflow.sh, expect for the Dell and Cray machines. This switch is causing the jobs to run serially on Hera and causing wall time issues, currently being experienced in v16retro1.

This switch needs to be removed as MPMD jobs are supported in EMC_verif-global on all machines.

Waiting to see if METplus jobs run in workflow before closing.
