Update WCOSS2 GrADS version to 2.2.2 #102

All, A working grads version has been installed on WCOSS2. Please open a ticket if you find any issues with this one:

module use /apps/test/lmodules/core/ module load GrADS/2.2.2

All other versions of grads will be removed from the system by the end of next week. If you are using a version of grads that is not the above then please switch to this new version as soon as possible.
