Add "VCNT" to prune_stat_files.py #20

Add "VCNT" line type into prune_stat_files.py to reduce lines needed to be read by stat_anaylsis for vector wind (UGRD_VGRD)

Added "grep -v VCNT" statement to prune the .stat files
