Remove support for MET version 7.0 and 8.0 #26

The support for MET version 7.0 and 8.0 in EMC_verif-global used the installation in Julie Prestopnik's personal space. She will be deleting these versions on 11/2/2020. These versions of MET were never installed by NCO, so support in EMC_verif-global will be removed.

The MET version used in the global workflow and for daily operational verification is 8.1, which was installed and maintained by NCO, so there are no foreseen impacts to either when Julie deletes the old installations and when support is removed from EMC_verif-global.
