Add iabp_ftp variable in run_verif_global_in_global_workflow.sh #29

This will be a hot fix branch that will result in a new tag that will be needed to be updated in the global workflow.

The variable "iabp_ftp" needs to be added in run_verif_global_in_global_workflow.sh. This variable is related to the grid2obs polar_sfc use case. Even though this isn't run in the global workflow, it isn't set being set leading to the code to exit get_data_files.py because is cannot find this environment variable.
