Clean up DA ensemble subplot titles #38

In the DA ensemble mean and spread plots information was included to say the pressure level and index when the GFS v16 and GFS v15 version were being compared since they did not share the same vertical levels. Now that we are in the GFS v16 era this information can be removed.
