Fix prune_stat_files.py for if no stat files present #42

prune_stat_file.py fails if there are no model stat files present in the model directory.

@KateFriedman-NOAA This bug doesn't directly effect the workflow jobs, but I'll update the checkout to the bug fix tag in my forked feature branch for the pull request. (yay GitHub!)
