Fix METviewer AWS hostname information #71

When the METviewer AWS server information changed last week, the host information used in the XML needs to be updated to "metviewer-dev-2-cluster.cluster-c0bl5kb6fffo.us-east-1.rds.amazonaws.com:3306"
