Update verification graphics #9

Update plotting scripts for graphics to a more clean and clear look, i.e. colors, line thickness, markers, legend placement, etc.

All line plots have been updated to follow to plot design.

feature_new_graphics ran successfully creating graphics for the operational GFS verification METplus webpage.
