Update Hera and Orion modules to HPC-stack #90

  1. Change Hera/Orion modulefiles to LUA format (follow the format you used for WCOSS2). This includes updating your build scripts to now “module load” your new LUA modulefiles rather than sourcing them.
  2. Update Hera/Orion modulefiles to load hpc-stack modules (same versions as WCOSS2, report if versions are missing).
