Rename "develop" to develop_old and create a new develop branch based on ops #70

Since the current "develop" branch includes some changes which may not be added to the "ops", so I want to create a new "develop" branch based on "ops" and rename the old "develop" branch to "develop_ops" or delete the current "develop" branch.
