Error in RadMon validation script #82

Radiance_Monitor/data_extract/ush/validate.sh is not correctly handling the data files (radmon_time*.tar), and is not correctly validating data when using theradmon_copy.sh script.

Added fix, now running copy and image_gen for several cycles of GFS/gdas data to confirm problem is resolved.
