The OznMon is in need of some maintenance including:

Update Copy operation to avoid copying only partial data sets.
Automatically remove outdated data and image files.
Reorganize gdas and common directories to remove the outdated version numbering scheme.
Fix bugzilla issue 1221 (http://www2.spa.ncep.noaa.gov/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1221) as it applies to the OznMon.
Fix bugzilla issue 1212 (http://www2.spa.ncep.noaa.gov/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1212) as it applies to the OznMon.
Fix bugzilla issue 1216 (http://www2.spa.ncep.noaa.gov/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1216).

Adapted copy and old data/image removal scripts from RadMon. I thought I had added a copy function to the package but it's not in master. There's a chance I have one in my install on wcoss_d. I'll check that when I regain access to that platform.

Corrected script ex_gdas_verfozn.sh to conform with #1212 and #1221.

Have not been able to reproduce #1216 but have not yet declared victory on that bug.
