When the GSI is compiled in debug mode, it fails in the read_iasi routine at the call to combine_radobs. A printout of the variables shows several brightness temperatures are "NAN"s. Also, the nread variable going into combine_radobs is the total observations (profiles * channels) and should be just profiles.
