With the porting and testing by @BinLiu-NOAA and @BijuThomas-NOAA, the HAFS workflow system has been successfully ported to support the MSU Orion machine.
This Pull Request addresses Issue #43.
BTW, the Theia platform is removed and replaced by the Orion platform.
