Sync hafs submodules with their corresponding develop/master branches

This pull request is to address issue #59, to sync HAFS submodules with their corresponding develop branches.

• hafs_utils.fd (support/HAFS): UFS_UTILS (develop)
• hafs_post.fd (support/HAFS): EMC_post (develop)
• hafs_gsi.fd (support/HAFS): GSI (master)
