Incorporate HRD's GPLOT graphics in HAFS workflow.

The feature/hrd_graphics branch is merged into develop through pull request #63, but only Jet is extensively tested. Support and testing on other platforms are needed. Also run_hrdgraphics=no by default.

Leave this issue open for enable support for all other HAFS supported platforms.

Currently, hrd_graphics and emc_graphics work on Jet and Orion. Closing this issue.
