Either directly in the FV3-JEDI increment write interface or through an intermediate converter script. Needs to match up with variable names, dimension names, metadata, etc. This work will eventually be superseded by cube sphere increment writes in FV3-JEDI and cube sphere increment read capabilities in the model interface.
