Re-assess the ozone components in UFO -- previous assessment was not done correctly due to the fact that GSI only included data passed QC in the diagnostics file. Therefore, the test input files are not suitable for UFO QC steps.
[x] Modify GSI so that all data fall into the time window will be included in the diagnostic file
[x] Create test input files from GSI diagnostics
[x] Update YQML files for ompsnp, ompstc8, and omi
