ocean SPPT can cause the model to crash #96

I have run into a case where the mode crashed with ocean SPPT on. I have noticed that I put in a check for negative salinity, but no check for unphysical cold temperatures after the perturbation. I have a one-line fix to limit the temperature to -1.8.
