Yet another (hopefully final) bug fix for building on Gaea, minor bug fixes to doc/README_*.txt.

Requires the additional argument -DCMAKE_SKIP_RPATH=TRUE for building Jasper on Gaea.

Works on Gaea, macOS, Cheyenne, Hera, Jet.

Will recreate tag beta02 after the merge.

Apologies for this follow-up bug fix, my build system on Gaea apparently wasn't clean when I tested it previously. This time I tested it with a clean system.
