Currently, the documentation in doc/README_*.txt contains some information from the MRW release v1.1, and some older information for systems that are not supported as part of the release.
Going forward, the documentation in the develop branch needs to be updated (and kept reasonably up to date) to work with the "develop" branches of NCEPLIBS-external and NCEPLIBS.
