Part of #371

More testing, this time with a 4GB test file from the FTP site.

To activate this test, new option LARGE_FTP_TESTS must be ON (as well as option FTP_TEST_FILES).

This test will not work for anyone other than myself until Kate gets back from leave and uploads this file to the FTP site. Once she does that I'll try it in the CI, but it might be too large for GitHub actions testing. We will see...

The problems on this PR were solved by upgrading Jasper to 4.0.0 on the MacOS workflow. See #398

Once that was done, everything worked.
