New versions of jasper, ip, and g2 need to be tested in the CI.
Soon g2-3.4.7 will be required, so change all CI testing to use that version everywhere.
ip-4.2.0 and sp-2.4.0 can be used. bacio-2.6.0 and w3emc-2.10.0 can be used.
The developer workflow should use the develop branch of all dependencies but is currently using downrev releases of ip/sp.
