Adjust CI to use g2-3.5.0 #335

Part of #328

I'm renaming the spack CI run to disable it. I have not updated the g2 spack file yet...

@AlexanderRichert-NOAA if you can get it working, please do, that would be terrific.

One problem is that it needs g2-3.5.0 which is not yet spack-enabled. I'm know how to update that once I'm confident that everything is working, but I want to get a few more tests working, and I need the CI to cooperate.

As you know I need to get a release of this out, ASAP...
