In the users guide we have some examples. They would make good tests.

@edwardhartnett I'm currently looking at this. Any idea where these come from? I'm trying to figure out the appropriate files and set up in terms of reading the files. Making progress but hoping there's some historical context... Once I get this working it might help us with https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/NCEPLIBS-w3emc/issues/212 on account of the getgb/putgb usage.
