Remove verification of fingerprint in baseline to improve portability (e.g. phase 2), and interchangeability (e.g. rt.sh). Refer to https://github.com/ufs-community/ufs-s2s-model/pull/78

There is no need for this change since the absence of REGTEST-FINGERPRINT.md in parm directory automatically disables fingerprint checking.
