add env to all job scripts #25

job scripts JRTOFS_GLO_ANALYSIS_GRIB2_POST and JRTOFS_GLO_FORECAST_GRIB2_POST need to have the command env added. This will help with debugging these jobs.

Add: also fix typo in jobs scripts. The setting of the macro msh should actually be msg as that is passed to postmsg.

change DoGraphcs to DoGraphics
change OCEAN_DIR to OCN_DIR
