Correct model name for RRFS in-flight icing and update GTG version #898

@YaliMao-NOAA From my UPP GTG generation testing with GFS, there is no changed results in wafs dataset. Please confirm that is expected.

Yes, it is as expected for GFS GTG. GTG code just has some printout modifications.

The UPP RTs were completed on WCOSS2 without changed results.

@FernandoAndrade-NOAA You may start the UPP RTs on Hera and Orion. The changes with this PR will be in metadata of fv3r and 3drtma baselines.

UPP RTs have completed on Hera, Hercules, and Orion with the same results, looks good from my side.
