For RRFS, the mnemonics of column max of EDPARM needs to be changed to MXEDPRM #925

For RRFS, column max of EDPARM used to be output on 0m level using the mnemonics of EDPARM. This needs to be corrected to use the mnemonics of MXEDPRM on level type of the entire atmosphere.
