Update module file for Jet #16

EPIC has installed hpc-stack on Jet with Intel version 18. The module file for Jet has thus been updated to point to that installation, which allows gfs-utils to build. Fixes #10.

I will be running a cycled test soon to verify all executables are running properly. Once that is done, I will mark this ready for review.
