Link both global-nest fix files and non-nest ones at the same time
What are the requirements for the new functionality?
Currently, one has to decide either to link the global-nest fix files or the regular non-nest fix files and hence cannot run nesting and non-nesting experiments at the same time based on the same $HOMEgfs. People may forget to link the correct fix files and then cause unexpected runtime errors.
Acceptance Criteria
Link both global-nest fix files and non-nest ones at the same time
Suggest a solution (optional)
Link nest fix files under fix/nest and update FIXgfsfor nesting runs in config.base
