Due to some issues with correctly linking the ocean daily files in the workflow, and potential check-point restart reproducibility issues, we will remove the ocean daily files from the workflow.
At this point they were put in the model for sanity checking and daily output can be created from other output.

CI tests past successfully without ocean daily.
