ESA ice freeboard for January 2020 #423

Process the ice freeboard ESA data for the period of January 2020.

@ShastriPaturi Ioda conversion is completed for the period of January 2020. Converted data is located at /work2/noaa/ng-godas/jhossen/icefb_cryosat_esa/2020 Here is a plot for Jan 24, 2020: Screen Shot 2022-12-01 at 1 34 34 PM

@mjhossen , @ShastriPaturi : Do we have all the freeboard obs that we need? can this issue be closed?

@guillaumevernieres the ice freeboard data are available till 2021-08-21 and there is a change to the location on the FTP with changes in file size. I will look into it today.

@guillaumevernieres We have processed few month (4 months) in 2018, 2019, 1 month of 2020, and 8 month of 2021. I am now checking which months are available for 2022 as well.

@ShastriPaturi ESA data is available for Jan 2022 to Nov 2022. If you want, I can download and process them by this week.
