The graphcast gdas inputs generated by gdas_utility.py need to be updated to have the same unit as ERA5 that the graphcast is trained on. The results would be verified to see if we can get graphcast comparable results when we feed the gdas states.
In addition, the variable toa incident solar radiation flux needs to be calculated as it is not available in gdas and GFS v16.
