Currently, we have global forecasts of GraphCast based on GDAS ICs, however, it's recommended to have North American subset forecasts in the S3 bucket as well, the directory would be forecasts_XX_levels/north_america/*(grib2files).
In addition, similar to gdas grib2 files we need another message for APCP which is a model-run-accumulated Precip field, to go along with the 6-hrly amounts. It means that we will have two APCP messages and the new one presents the accumulations from the beginning of the forecasts (not the current 6-hour acc).
