Install issue: missing gridgen input file

Dear developers

I am trying to install gridgen following your instructions. However i think the input file (gridgen_addit.tgz) is no longer available at polar.ncep.noaa.gov/tempor/ww3ftp. I would appreciate if anyone can provide me with the most updated file link. Thanks in advance

Hi @GengXia-NREL you can access them temporarily from https://polar.ncep.noaa.gov/waves/wavewatch/gridgen while I will fix it in the setup.m

I try to download it using the link you provided. However, it keep failing due to network error (see attached). I think there might be some permissions issue associated with it.
