Thanks @k-doering-NOAA I changed assignees to me because it seems like Christine's convention was to just put the lead on each of the issues. I can include you in the conversations though if you would like to join?

@kellijohnson-NOAA great! I'm already in the test group so I'll just stick with contributing to that one :)
