[Feature]: Calculate weight at age for catches vs. SSB

Suggestion for future milestone: consider that weight at age might be calculated differently for commercial catches vs. SB, perhaps changing throughout the year. Weight at age can be input for different fleets (or surveys or SB) and those values can vary annually
