vignette organization on FIMS pkgdown website? #549

I keep getting confused by how the FIMS vignette pkgdown page looks.

To me, it isn't intuitive that the "introducing FIMS" vignette is under "developers", and the FIMS maturity path is not - shouldn't it be the other way around? I'll also note that "introducing FIMS" vignette is kind of hidden, because you have to click on "more articles" to see it exists.
