Incorrect gdb help in section 10 #155

Can we just leave the first sentence about using TMB::gdbsource()?

I am working in a branch that is editing this section so I will assign myself but if @Bai-Li-NOAA and @Andrea-Havron-NOAA or anyone else that used gdb in R comment on if I am off base here that would be helpful.
