This PR:

  1. Renames some directories: src/coupler -> src/FMScoupler src/shared -> src/FMS src/atmos_cubed_sphere -> src/GFDL_atmos_cubed_sphere

  2. Updates the submodule repos: FMS -> 2020.02.01 FMSCoupler -> 2020.02 GFDL_atmos_cubed_sphere -> 2020.02 atmos_drivers -> 2020.01 (This submodule was added)

  3. Updates the makefiles
