2021.01 update #27

xanadu and 2021.01 updates

@uramirez8707 can you do a build to make sure this works. You will need to load an intel compiler, mpi, netcdf, and hdf5. You may need to update exec/templates/intel.mk if you aren't using mpiifort and mpiicc

git clone --recursive https://github.com/thomas-robinson/AM4.git -b 2021.01_branch && cd AM4/exec
make HDF_INCLUDE=/path/to/hfd5/include
