Initial condition problem for ensemble simulation

Hello,

I am trying to do an ensemble simulation using the AM4. When conducting ensemble simulations, how do you change the initial conditions? Is it correct to reconstruct initial condition variables such as U, V, T, etc., in the form of adding or subtracting small random values for each point.
